Reservation and Payment
Independent travellers (booking directly with Sierra y Mar)
Deposit
- A deposit for the price of one night per booked room will be held by Sierra y Mar.
- Sierra y Mar will debit the deposit from your credit card or you can transfer the money to the account specified.
- The reservation becomes valid only upon receipt of the deposit and will be confirmed by Sierra y Mar.
- Minimum stay: two nights (one night on request).
Cancellation Policies
- In the event of cancellation less than ten days before arrival, Sierra y Mar reserves the right to retain the deposit paid.
- In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, Sierra y Mar will charge the full booking fee.
Groups
- For groups (of six or more), please enquire for special reservation and payment conditions.
